Lauren Ash

 

Lauren Elizabeth Ash, born on the 4th of February, 1983, is a Canadian actor and comedian based in Los Angeles. She was originally from Belleville, Ontario. Ash is well-known to the television audience for her performance as Dina Fox in the sitcom Superstore. Ash is also an alumna at Second City Toronto Mainstage as and Second City Chicago mainstage. In addition, she is half the sketch comedy duo "Cory!" She was an Canadian Comedy Award recipient for the title of Best Female Improviser twice in 2006 and 2007, and also won the award for the Best Female Performance Television in 2012 and in 2015. In 2015 she was nominated in the category of the category of Best Female Performances in Feature Film for her character Carol in Dirty Singles. She also appeared on the show that pranks "Scare Tactics". Lauren and Christy Oxborrow, co-hosts "True Crime and Cocktails" her podcast.
